本款採用 哥倫比亞 薇拉省 地區小農批次水洗，搭配哥倫比亞荔枝蜜處理 這兩款來做深焙表現，靈感源自國芳筆下「宮本無三四」斬龍圖，呈現俠客對決海獸的瞬間張力。
風味筆記｜ 荔枝果香 × 龍眼乾 × 平衡苦甜
入口明亮香氣鋪陳，尾韻轉為低沉回甘，如刀鋒劃水般的俐落餘味。
建議水量：145 ~ 155 毫升
沖煮建議：使用 86~88 度熱水，悶蒸水量 20 公克、悶蒸時間 20 秒，接著注入 50 公克熱水，斷水後待水位下降，再注入80g熱水完成，總水量約為 150 公克，總時間約 2分 15 秒鐘左右。可依自己喜好調整濃度。如要搭配鮮乳飲用，可減少水量至100g，並建議搭配牛奶約 100 公克左右。
